TEIN products come with a comprehensive warranty ranging from 12 to 24 months depending on the product line. Street Basis Z and Street Advance Z have 12 months warranty, Flex Z and Mono Sport have 24 months warranty, while EnduraPro offers 18 months warranty.

Professional installation typically takes 3-5 hours depending on the vehicle and product. Our certified installers ensure proper fitment and alignment. We recommend booking an appointment in advance.

While technically possible for experienced mechanics, we strongly recommend professional installation by our certified dealers. Proper installation requires specialized tools, alignment equipment, and expertise to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Monotube dampers have a single tube design offering better heat dissipation and more consistent performance, ideal for track use. Twin-tube dampers provide excellent ride comfort for daily driving with proven reliability.

EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) allows you to adjust damping settings electronically from inside your vehicle. It is optional and compatible with Flex Z, Mono Sport, and Mono Racing. Ideal for enthusiasts who want on-the-fly adjustment.

For daily driving comfort, we recommend Street Basis Z or Street Advance Z. Both offer excellent ride quality while providing height adjustability. Street Advance Z adds 16-way damping adjustment for more versatility.

Aftermarket suspension modifications may affect certain aspects of your vehicle warranty. We recommend consulting with your vehicle manufacturer or dealer. TEIN products are engineered to OEM standards and higher.

We recommend inspection every 10,000 km and full service every 40,000 km or 2 years, whichever comes first. Track-used suspension should be inspected more frequently.

Height adjustment requires proper tools and alignment afterwards. Damping adjustment can be done by the user following our manual. We provide detailed instructions with each product.
